It's very liberating to give in to our excesses :D

actually part of the fun is the look of horror on people's faces

this reminds of of that time (long ago) when I went to this zhi char place and ordered a large fishhead claypot for myself. the stall owner thought I was joking when I made the order. and started in horrified fascination as I ate the lot.

good memories.

Unfortunately, the health problems that it causes can be quite restrictive to our freedom.

There's this buffet restaurant.. a la carte buffet.. one of my favourites... though not say I go VERY often la

Then the other day, halfway through ordering, the waitress asked me how come I haven't visited for a long time. Then I said EH! U remember me ah!!! Then she said she remember the way I order *cough*

Cos everything she recommends, I'll go 'OKAY!"

I gotta say, I'm still not used to eating lunch after one whole month of skipping it.....

That said, I seem to have regained 1.5 kg.

I know my body is probably just replenishing water and glycogen stocks, but still....
